A South Jersey native, Krista has recently re-located back to the shore from the Mainline and has been a positive and upbeat addition to our team. With a degree in HR, Krista has spent the last decade plus turning her love for interior design and building her own personal homes, into a career. Having worked for Ballard for years, Krista learned how to incorporate a client’s perspective and vision into a streamline design and has successfully done so for everyone she works with. Krista’s easy demeanor and passion for learning all aspects of design has made her the perfect addition to IBJ.
Maryann joined our team in 2021 as our inventory manager and has since transitioned into a project coordinator role. With a background in healthcare and client services, Maryann brings great patience, problem solving and organizational skills to the IBJ team. Willing to take on any task, big or small, we can’t imagine our team without her!
Leeann has been a member of our team since 2017. She started on the floor as a showroom coordinator and then transitioned successfully to a junior designer. This past year, Leeann has taken her skillset and love for all things design and IBJ to run our social media, marketing and PR, and share our work with the world! Leeann’s attention to detail, need to keep all things aesthetically pleasing and dedication to our team and industry make her the perfect fit to develop and grow our social media presence.
Lauren joins us with an Interior Design degree from the Art Institute of Charleston and a willingness to soak up and learn all things design. With qualifications and experience in space planning, residential and commercial design, lighting design and architectural drafting, Lauren has been a knowledgeable and exciting addition to our team for the past two years. A Jersey Shore native who grew up around her grandfather’s construction company, Lauren has been inspired to be immersed in the construction & design field since a young age. Her inspiration, true passion for the industry, organization, hard work and love of ‘before and afters’ truly show in all of the projects Lauren works on, ensuring all of our clients are more than happy with the entire design process from start to finish.
Shanan has been with Interiors By Joann since 2018 and has been a very fun and upbeat addition to our team. Known for enthusiasm on the floor and willingness to make all of our customers feel at home, you certainly won’t be bored working with Shanan. From designing the showroom floor to working with clients on a few pieces for their new home, Shanan is not just the face of the storefront but an integral part of all design projects.
A face that all of our clients know, Marc is more than our “delivery guy” or “warehouse manager”. Overseeing all renovation projects, making sure the client’s needs are met with our contractors and not settling until our clients are completely happy is Marc’s mission. From the day of delivery until the last picture is hung, Marc is by our designer’s side making sure he is available for every task – small or large – to keep us running smoothly and keep a smile on everyone’s face. Having been in the business for over twenty years, Marc brings a level of knowledge and customer satisfaction to the team that is truly irreplaceable.
Manrique has been a member of the Interiors by Joann Installation team part time for over 15 years and we’ve never been happier to bring him on full time! Known by our clients for his smile and eagerness to help in any way, Manrique’s experience in the hospitality industry shines through in every client and team member interaction.
